The Middle East has a long and diverse food culture. During my exchange, I started a research project that focused on the shapes and colors of pitas. The pita is naturally a vessel that can be eaten. I explored this aspect further and tried to investigate how the external form interacts with the contents. What do I see from the outside, and what is really inside?
